Thorn Driving School was established in 2019 by Ivan Thorn ADI to serve the provisional licence holders in and around North Tyneside and support them in gaining their full driving licence.

Initially operating as part of a National franchise, March 2020 saw the business take the step of going fully independent and despite being lunged almost immediately into a period of uncertainty with the CV19 Pandemic and National lockdowns, the business continue to grow and diversify its’ service offering.

Whilst still operating as a sole trader business, plans are being developed to expand the instructor and transmission type fleet.
