In a little bit of a self indulgent manner, todays’ pass marked 201 passes since March 2019, a record I’m really proud of.

Each student is different and special with a bespoke journey towards driving independence; more commonly known as Client Centred Learning, an umbrella term that really doesn’t do any justice to everything that supports it. It’s not a case of ‘the customer is always right’ but more what do they really need and what do they need that they don’t even know they need; that’s the ethos I guide all my students by as I encourage them to take the steps to independence.

Every pass is special and seeing your students grow over the weeks and months is what makes the job so rewarding; the pass is simply the cherry on the cake.
